Warmup - cardio passes, body positions, bridges
Station 1 - backward roll down the red wedge
Station 2- Inchworms on panel mat
Station 3- Roundoff
Station 4 - Handstand on the line; hand inside hoop on either side of the line
Station 5 - waterfalls / tick-tock
Station 6 - lunge with block in between arms above head; teeter totter block and back leg to touch ground and back to lunge
Station 7- Rope; climb, tuck hold/straddle hold
Station 8- cartwheels; good leg/back leg/one handed.
