Warm up: Use in between the space of mats to warm up. Cardio warm up, Body positions, and Bridge work (see video)
Stations: See video. Make sure to watch your body positioning in class and while spotting. Please talk to parents and keep them updated on positive and concerns. Please start class on time!! We are getting complaints about classes starting on time!
1: Handsatnd snap down
2: Bridge/Backebend work
3: Backwards and Forward rolls

5:Cartwheels on block and line
6:Bridge hold 5 seconds and kick over
7: Round off
8: Bridge work
We are working on figuring out floor space. The tighter class space will help keep kids focused and in control. Please keep mats in their space and place.
