Warm up:
Condition, stretch, body positions. 5-7minutes
Put the class around the blue mat spread out and work on bridges.
1: Cartwheel and Round offs. Hands on panel mat kick legs through french fries.
2: Hands on mat feet on balance disk in plank. Walk hands around keeping feet on balance disc.
3: Body positions: tuck, straddle, pike.
4:Back bends
5: Waterfalls/Tick tocks
6: Handstand work ( See video)
7: Rope strength. Lay down on back , using only hands pull self up
8: Forward roll 180 jump turn then backwards roll down wedge
