Warm up Simon Says (coach says) Play the game using conditioning and body positions.

1: Running Round off

2: Tick tock and water falls

3: Tuck, Pike, Straddle jumps, forward and backwards in hula hoops then forward roll up wedge mat

4: Walking down the wall backbends

5: Swivel hips seat drops

6:Cartwheel. One foot on panel mat one foot on floor. if they have cartwheels try tricky side, one handed etc...

7: Backwards roll on wedge and floor

8:Bridge walks on wedge and inch worms back (If they can not do bridge do table walks
