Hi all!

Please keep the fence blocking the waiting area from our set up where it is and continue watching for kids sneaking past to sit and wait for their classes. I have stations set up right on the red carpet and I don't want any kids to get hurt as they are waiting :) Also please make sure that we are not moving any of the mats from the beginner area. We have had a huge problem with staff taking mats and not bringing them back and it causes the coaches who need those mats to scramble to find them before their classes begin, which should not be happening.

Warm up: Have students work on safety rolls! Please go through what a safety roll looks like first: making sure feet are apart, roll back to their back, stand up without using hands. Then you can work on conditioning and warming up and then call out "safety roll!" and they all have to stop and roll between each set.
