Warm up (5 mins max) : follow the leader. Skip, skip bwd, bear crawl, monkey tail kick, crab walks etc.

Circuit 1 - conditioning (3 mins)

  1. wall sit 3 secs
  2. feet on yoga ball, walk hands out, 1 pushup
  3. pushups (3)
  4. box jumps (see video)
  5. donley kick, bwd roll down wedge
  6. inch worm pushup
  7. skip
  8. Russian twists with medicine ball (3 each side)

Stations 1 - Back Bends and Tick Tocks (1:40 each)

  1. back bend on wall
  2. back on ball, rock back onto pizza hands, rock back up
  3. monkey tail kicks
  4. bridge kickover
  5. bridge, hands on purple wedge
  6. tick tocks (turn wedge)
  7. split jumps
  8. bridge hops

Circuit 2 - fwd/bwd rolls (3 mins)

  1. spiderman HS, fwd roll
  2. fwd roll over ball, hands on floor
  3. safety rocks w/ pizza hands
  4. bwd roll off yellow block
  5. bwd down
  6. bwd roll down
  7. skip
  8. fwd roll into tuck jump

Stations 2 - Cartwheels and Handstands (1:40 each)

  1. HS
  2. hands on floor, feet on ball, lift bottom high
  3. HS
  4. hands on yellow, kick feet back and forth
  5. HS
  6. CW across
  7. tuck half turn
  8. CW hands on carpet
