Circuit 1 - conditioning (3 mins)
- wall sit 3 secs
- feet on yoga ball, walk hands out, 1 pushup
- pushups (3)
- box jumps (see video)
- donley kick, bwd roll down wedge
- inch worm pushup
- skip
- Russian twists with medicine ball (3 each side)
Stations 1 - Back Bends and Tick Tocks (1:40 each)
- back bend on wall
- back on ball, rock back onto pizza hands, rock back up
- monkey tail kicks
- bridge kickover
- bridge, hands on purple wedge
- tick tocks (turn wedge)
- split jumps
- bridge hops
Circuit 2 - fwd/bwd rolls (3 mins)
- spiderman HS, fwd roll
- fwd roll over ball, hands on floor
- safety rocks w/ pizza hands
- bwd roll off yellow block
- bwd down
- bwd roll down
- skip
- fwd roll into tuck jump
Stations 2 - Cartwheels and Handstands (1:40 each)

- hands on floor, feet on ball, lift bottom high

- hands on yellow, kick feet back and forth
