Warm Up - Use the dice to do cardio and position review. You can change the numbers with a dry erase marker if you'd like. You can roll the position die or just say the position. Have the kids roll the dice to keep everyone engaged.
Stations:
Back roll straddle - Down the wedge and try on the floor
Backbends and Bridge rocks - Station 2 has 2 parts
Cartwheel - match feet to the same color, use the handprints if needed
Tick tocks - put hands on the wedge to prevent sliding
Running Round off - hurdle over blue, hands in hoop, land on floor
Bridge up Kick over - 2 do hops holding 1 leg in the air and then try to kick completely over.
Handstand - hands beside target
Standing Round off - 1 foot on each green, hands on gray, land on floor
You can do an obstacle course at the end by starting at station 1 doing 1 turn and moving on to the next station.
