Here is the beginner set up and video. If you have any questions, let me know!

Keep moving around during class and don't forget to jump in and help spot to work with the kids. If you have a second coach or are the second coach make sure you are jumping in, helping, and asking questions. If you're not sure what to do, just ask :)

Warm Up: Have students start out doing cardio (jumping jacks, tuck jumps, ski jumps, hops on one foot, etc.) and then call out a body position for them to show (lunge, hollow, tuck, bridge, etc). This is a great way for students to refresh on the body positions and practice them before getting into stations.

Station:

  1. Backward rolls
  1. Power Hurdle Round-off
  1. Handstand drill (see video)
  1. Forward roll
  1. Bridge Walks
  1. Cartwheels
  1. Tick-tocks
  1. Levers
