Our new beginner/Owls setup is now where the waiting area used to be! If you see any kids trying to use it as their waiting area, please redirect them to the proper places. Ninja and Aerial Arts will be on the red floor with tumbling and preschool will go straight upstairs.

Warm-up: jumping jacks, tuck, and straddle jumps, work on holding bridges, and review body positions
