Warm-up : 7 minutes total
Attendance and find zone. Doing a formal class greeting. Review body positions. And play the dice game for no more than 5 minutes.
Stations
1. Backward roll down hill, jump over rainbow, forward roll
2. Handstand balance - if ready HS to bridge
3. Cartwheel - start on line, hands in hoop
4. Handstand shuffle - hold leg in air if ready or try kicking up to HS
5. Round off rebound to trust fall
6. Rope hold -DO NOT SWING- goal is 10 sec with hand close to heart, knees tucked beside rope
7. Back bend - feet touch yellow rainbow and step farther out when ready
8. Tick tock or waterfall
