Warm-Up (~5 min)

Simon Says with cardio; stretches to go over body positions

Stations (3.5 min each)

  1. Handstands on blue wall
  2. Lay down on back on mat, hands to floor, use core to push up to handstand
  3. Bridge with feet on red, try to lift one foot (hop if they can)
  4. Handstand fall to bridge over barrel
  5. Cartwheel off top of wedge
  6. Cartwheel with hands on purple mat
  7. Backbends (knees or standing depending on kid) to pacman mat
  8. Body positions (tuck, straddle, pike) in trampoline

Circuit (5-7 min)

Safety rock --> Backwards roll off mat --> Backwards roll across red mat --> Forward roll over barrel --> Forward roll up wedge --> Forward roll over purple --> Forward roll on floor

End Activity

Core Workout! You can do sit-ups, lemon squeezers, pushups, mountain climbers, etc.!
