Warm up:

-Warm Up Game: On a Beach 7 MINUTES FROM START TO FINISH
Run in place as were running on the beach here comes a SEAGULL so we got to get down low then were going to start jumping sideways over the crashing waves next were going to try straddle jumps over the seaweed, keep jogging on the beach between.b Seashell on the right, pick up, seashells on the left, pick up, lay on your back and do sand angels! Tuck jumps over crabs don’t let them pinch you. Finish with bridges and wrist and ankles
-Circuit: Explain QUICK (5 MINUTES ON TIMER)
FORWARD ROLLS
Wedge 1- Fwd roll down hill
Wall- Push off wall into roll
Red block- Roll across stand up w/o hands
Floor- Roll on line
Wedge 2- Fwd roll up the hill
Balance Beam- Fwd roll on it
Half pacman- Lay on belly, hands on floor and roll down
BACKWARD ROLLS (5 MINUTES ON TIMER)
Wedge 1- Bwd roll down hill
Wall- Face Wall, feet on wall safety rock back and stand
Red Block- Bwd roll off hands on floor
Floor- Spotted bwd roll on line
Wedge 2- Bwd roll off the top of wedge (hands on floor)
Balance Beam- Safety rock with pizza hands on side of beam
Half pacman- Lay on back hands on floor toes over nose
First 8 Stations: CARTWHEELS AND HANDSTANDS (5 minute to explain- 10 minute stations)
1. Green - (Wedge) Cartwheel side to other side hands on wedge
2. Red- (Wall) Spiderman handstands when to easy kick up handstand
3. Orange- (Red block) Across block focus on lunges on target
4. Yellow- (Floor) Spotted handstands
5. Blue - (Wedge 2) Cartwheel off the top landing on floor
6. Green- (Beam) 1 foot on beam cartweel across land 1 foot on and 1 foot on floor
7. Purple - (Trampoline) Donkey Kicks
8. Yellow- (Half Pac) Spider walk up lift leg and hold
Second 8 Stations: BACKBENDS AND TICKTOCKS (5 minute to explain-10 minute stations)
1. Green - (Wedge) bridge hops
2. Red- (Wall) Face wall touch bottom to blue and bridge up with feet on wall, lift leg
3. Orange- (Red block) Elevated bridges feet on red
4. Yellow- (Floor) Bridge with BIG hops lower down soft
5. Blue - (Wedge 2) Spotted Back Bends
6. Green- (Beam) Table walk across then try bridge walk across
7. Purple - (Trampoline) Body positions
8. Yellow- (Half Pac) Waterfalls and Tick Tocks
