Warm up — Your choice, but keep kids moving!!!

Combo work this week. If it’s too hard for your class to remember each station, adapt as needed.
1. HS on blue hand mat, Cartwheel with hands in hula hoop
2. Jump over triangle, backward roll down hill
3. 5 jumping jacks, tick tock on wedge
4. Running round off - hands on blue rainbow
5. Forward roll down red plus 5 tuck jumps (or another position of your choice)
6. 5 jump ropes, Backbend on green pack man
7. Cartwheel - 1 foot on mat, hands also on mat, land on floor
8. HS on top of red mat - hands in hoop
