1. Forward roll stand up on floor & 10 sec Hollow hold beside mat.
2. Round off rebound backward roll
3. Backbend and jumps over butter
4. Cartwheel - 1 foot on each color and finish foot on same color they started
5. Bridge work. Lift leg up and hold or hops off feet
6. Coaches choice - work skill card
7. Handstand and wall sit
8. Tick tock and 5 push ups
