Warm up - Utilize Tumble Track. Have students wait by the wall.
1. 10 straight jumps before you touch the red mat. Walk back by wall side
2. 10 tuck
3. 10 straddle
4. 10 pike
* this is great cardio for athletes and gets their muscles warm for stretches.
Stations
1. Running Round off - foot in hoop, hands on mat, feet land on floor.
2. Handstand - lunge over triangle nugget or red stick
3. Back straddle roll
4. Moving Monkey tail kicks - challenge HS walking
5. Cartwheel - lunge over French fries, hands on block
6. Waterfalls
7. Backbend - yellow butter to help cushion fall
8. HS to bridge & hop feet 3x - 3 sit ups after each try.
