Warm up - 7 min max
-Keep kids active!
-Give them a certain number of each warm up depending on age and ability.
1. Start with cardio - jumping jacks, high knees, straight jumps, etc
2. Stretching constantly moving - arm circles, candle to straddle & pike, needle kicks, bridges
3. Review positions - hollow and arch & count to 10 as a class.
Stations
1. Cartwheel - 1 foot in hoop, 1 hand on each rainbow
2. Backbends - feet on floor, hands on blue pillow. Arch back from knees
3. F & B rolls - roll on mat, stand up on floor
4. Handstand - 1 foot on each color, hands beside target.
5. Backbend walking - hands walk down, feet move away from mat
6. Cardio conditioning - jump rope, ski jumps, frog jumps
7. Round off - run, hurdle foot in hoop, hands on black, feet land on floor.
8. Tick tock work
*With your assigned zone, you may have trampoline or tumble track. Donkey kicks, position jumps & round offs are great to work here :)
