Hey Coaches,
For warm up im attaching a video that can be used in Kinder and Beginner classes. It has cardio, Bridge work, and body positions.
Number Stations: Brief recap. I will post Georges videos too. I felt i didnt need a new video. Please watch the videos.
1: Bridge work
2: Bridge work: Hands on floor and feet on mat or hands on mat feet on floor.
3: Back bend walk down. You can also try with backbend starting on mat and walk hands up wall.
4: Medicine ball work out
5: Trampoline: Seat drop and swivel hips
6: Handstands
Color Stations: Recap. Please watch Georges videos.
Green: Cartwheel and Round offs elevated
Red: Backwards roll
Orange: Backwards roll or practice just bring toes over to the floor(toes over your nose)
Purple: Create a station. Work on what each student needs. Great time to check skills.
Blue: Cartwheel through
Yellow: Pedal stole Tuck work
PTT (Parent Talk Time):
Address anything that you need to. If you don't have anything. You can talk about how important the Bridge is. This helps flexibility and so much more. IT is a great thing to practice at home. Don't forget that good behavior is just as important to hear. Dont let the negative be the only time you chat with a Parent.
