For warm up:
Greet all kids and do attendance.
Condition: Jumps ski jumps hop on one foot jumping jacks etc..
practice body positions.
Candle sticks to pike or straddle.
bridges and backbends
Numbers:
1: Bridge/Bridge to kick over. Using blue mat there or a panel mat if the blue is moved. Feet on mat and push up to bridge. If strong they can kick over.
2: Spiderman Handstand on the wall
3: Spiderman handstand and forward roll down wedge. You can also try the station George has set up for beginner tumbling
4: Trampoline: Doggy drop to back drop
5: Forward roll down wedge mat to tuck jump on yellow mat.
6: Cartwheel
Colors:
Green: Handstand to flat back or round off to belly.
Red: OSA use pictures on pedalstols
Orange: Round offs on the floor over red french fry
Purple: Practice what they need to work on. Coaches choice
Blue: Handstands kicking from a lunge
Yellow: Use beam place feet on beam hands on floor. Lift one leg up then the other. Try lifting one hand up etc..
