lil- safety vaults and start working on turn vaults
w- safety and turn vaults (different variations)
y- speed,kash, thief
g- kong, monkey, reverse safety
b- reverse, double kong, kong safety out
Dojo work: 10-12 minutes
lil- wall
w/y/g/b- same as always work on our tricky skills on the bar and then work on some strength stations like Push-ups, sit-ups, box jumps, ladder (for chin-ups, pull-ups), green and blue could always use the red mats and a box for flips or websters.
