Creed: "Do what I know how to do when it's time to do it." Use examples such as talking, sleeping, listening, doing cartwheels ect.

Start off with the obstacle course or stations, then move on to the creed discussion, followed by the activity/game, finish with the team stretching/strength. Talk about the creed on both sides, mantra will be done on the finishing side if classes are divided. Set expectations (respect, and trying our best) before starting.
