Welcome to Kind and Healthy Hearts!
Please talk about being kind and how to exercise , eat , right and be healthy!
We will also have a kindness calendar to hand out starting February 1. Give each student one and get them pumped and excited!
Warm up:
Cupid Says! ( like Simon says)
use conditioning and Ninja moves to
Dojo work:
Warm up all with punches; For first 2 minutes.DO NOT USE CLAPPERS! They will be working all at the same time so they are not standing around and always working!
Lil and White: Front , Side , Back Kick
Yellow: Round and Hook Kick
Green: Sweep Kick
Blue: Butterfly Kick
Purple: Tornado Kicks
Obstacle course:
Start at Trapeze swinging bar:
Swing
Throw Ninja hearts to hit in hoop
waterfall off black mat
Vault work
Roll or Clear
Run/leap on circles
Beam:
Lil: walk on Beam touch one foot on the hearts on each side
Higher levels: Scissor walk over hearts
Stations:
1: Wall Spins
2: Window escapes, 190, 360
3: Flip work see video
4:Kick work
5:Lil/White- Cartwheel ,Yellow- Round Off ,Green BHS, Blue- Double BHS, Purple-Tuck Work
6: climb or jump over block and forward and ninja roll, high five heart, backwards roll.
