Warm-up: 5-7 minutes (use the warmup dice if need)

Obstacle course: 8-10 minutes

g/b/p= front flips or dive rolls

2. trapeze

gbp- let them choose

  1. cluster station
  2. kicks

lil- front

w- back

y- hook

g- tornado

b- 540 kick

p- 720 cheat kick

Dojo work: 10-12 minutes

just like last week we are going to set up 6 stations (if there are 5 or under kids in the class you may set up 5 stations)

we are going to work on our main strength on our cards pushups/situps, one pull-up station, box jumps, and then one with working on rolls or flips through the hoop

on the bar we will use that station to do the following

w-regrips

y- pullovers (if pullover is good have them do a castaway)

g- flying gainers

b- reverse flyaways

p- window escape 360

LIL- stretch and then work on pushups and situps/ crunches

Stations:

good job everyone on making our own stations, just make sure to challenge each group and each kid with harder skills in their level and on their card!!
