Warm up: Obstacle course (5 min) Use the mats in your area to run a warm up obstacle course. Run, jump, roll, crawl, push ups, sit ups, chin ups, planks, are just a few ideas you could use. I like to make them circular with 3-5 movements in a course.

Team activity: Color game (side A) Monkey in the middle with foam block (side B) (5 min)
Skill work: Circuit or station style (10 min)
