b- any green skill

STATIONS (Green and up are going to be up to the coaches to make up their own skills to do in the spots)

LIL STATIONS= 1.5 minutes a station/WHITE AND UP= 2 minutes a station

at the end of the class with the remaining time :

lil ninja : work on ninja games prep with half class and the other half do wall (if two coaches)

white and up: 5 minutes to make up combos and then rest of time ninja games prep!
