Warm-up/ obstacle course 3-4 minutes
Obstacle course explanation: i have kept the warm-up simple so that it can be used more as review
Stretch before stations for about 5-6 minutes
Stations: 1.5 minutes for lils 2 minutes for white and up
Side with wall:
lil- window escapes
w- regrips
y- pullovers
lil- tables
w- sit-ups
y- lemon squeezers
lil- tic tacs
w and up- climb wall
lil- rolls on the red mat
w- chinup holds
y- pullups
lil/w- carts
y- roundoffs
lil/w- safety and turn vaults
y- twist and palm spins
Side with trampoline
1. barrel
lil- spiderman hs
w- bridge
y- bhs over barrel
lil/w- dive rolls
y- bhs or front flips
lil- round and punches
w- round and hook
y- tsunami
lil- donkey kicks
w/y- regular hs
lil- front
w- backwards
y- arabian dive rools
all- swing or climb
if time at the end condition (based off card different variations of sit-ups) (lil ninjas just do wall)
if time after conditioning play ninja floor is lava
