lil- big swings
w- window escapes
y- window escape 180s
g- pullover to safety or cast 180 (can do gainers if able to do on own)
b- hanging pullovers or any green skill
p- window escape 360
Dojo work: 10-12 minutes
keep dojo work the same as previous weeks it is a staple to keep them working on strength and the bar skills!!!!
