Warm-up: 5-7 minutes

Warm-up:

We will be doing a 20 second circuit with push-ups, crunches, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, squats reapeat until 5-7 minutes.\

Dojo work (10 minutes)

We will be working in the dojo on our handstands for 5 minutes and then breaking the rest of the five minutes into push ups for 2.5 minutes and sit-ups for 2.5 minutes

Obstacle course (10 minutes)

  1. Ricochets
  2. Trapese
  3. Warped wall
  4. vault-roll-cartwheel (all will being doing ninja rolls except lil and doing front rolls)
