Hi Guys,

Welcome to part 1 of Fall in love with Fall theme!

Talk about Halloween this week. Also talk about Fall and Thanksgiving.

If you need extra ideas for bunnies and cubs. Use the cabinet and get out scarfs, noise makers, rhythm sticks etc.. You can go on a scavenger hunt look for items in the room looking for colors, items , and animals etc....

For warm up :

Bunnies: free play explore and play with scarfs

Cubs: Toss bean bags back and forth with grown up and place bean bag on stomach to try table. Practice donkey kicks. Do tuck , straddle and pike positrons.

Raccoons and Birds:

10 ski jumps

10 froggy jumps

10 hops on one foot both right and left

10 donkey kicks

10 safety rocks

Practice tuck to doggy roll (this will be used as a station. I posted example video below)

Starting at Bar:

Swing on bar , let go and land on mat in pike

tuck to doggy roll to roll back to doggy position (see video)

Waterfalls off rainbow (if you can spot this then have them slide down until you can)

Climb up Nugget mats and log roll down. Younger classes can slide down

Try different jumps into the foam pit

Climb up ladder and slide down

Yellow: Safety Rocks on wedge

Blue: Seat Drops

Green: Donkey Kicks

Orange: Straddle rolls

Red: Front supports and flips

Purple: Cartwheels
