Warm up:
Play number one on the cd the monster mash.
Have students either dance around or you can give them a specific conditioning to do like froggy jumps. You will then push pause and they have to get into their hollow body position as quickly as possible. Don't forget to review this position before you start. Have fun and play it for a couple rounds. After that you can turn the volume down just a little bit and keep the CD playing It's all kid fun Halloween music.

Me and my grown up type classes extra ideas if they are not wanting to continue stations:

Use rhythm sticks and scarves.

Number Course:
Swing on bar walk feet up mat. Older students can do a pull over flip spotted.

Older Students do a forward roll over leaf rugs. Younger students can do jumps on/over  leaf rugs.

Crawl through spooky cave

Backwards roll off cushions.

Jump in foam pit.

Climb ladder

Donkey Kicks

Color Stations:
Yellow: Younger kids run up wedge mat and jump off to land on leaf. Older kids on Mat do superman to Hollow.

Blue: pick a card , count the pumpkins. That's how many jumps they do. You can pick the jumps

Green: walk on beam. Grab bean bags and place in truck or treat buckets. Older students can walk backwards or do a jump on the beam before picking up bean bags.

Orange: jumps and cartwheels over the spider webs.

Red: Bat hang

Purple: Crawl up wedge to around and lay on belly. Hands reach to red pillow and forward roll off.
