Happy Hollow-een Part 1!

If anything is too spooky or scary you can remove it and put it back for the next class. Keep it fun and exciting! I know the littles will want to play and move stuff around. Just make sure they are careful and to put things back.

Warm-up: Pretend to be different fall and Halloween things. A pumpkin tuck down low, a witch pretending to gallop on your broom etc.. Also, review the Hollow position.

Extra activity for Bunnies and cubs: Play scarves. Toss them, throw them, make them small and big etc..

1: Front support and roll

2: Loss the rings on the witch hat

3: Toss the bean bags from standing or plank

4: Hang from rings. Pick up bean bags with feet and toss them in bucket.

5: Rolls: Forward roll Forward roll and backwards roll

6: Monster Mash moves: Show all your jumps

7: Straddle rolls

8: Seat drops and jumps
