Warm Up: Play a song on the CD Player and let them dance around. Hit pause then show your HOLLOW position. Also talk about Halloween and costumes! Reminder that October 24th -29th kids and staff can wear costumes to class. Just remind them to wear something underneath incase they need to take it off. I will also have a bucket of candy for you to give each kid.

Number Course:

Hang like a pumpkin

Straddle roll (pose like a scarecrow first)

Use two feet together and jump over items

Climb up and jump or step over items and jump off

Jump forward, backwards, or sideways

Lay down show your Hollow

Backward flip/rolls off each mat

Forward roll into foam pit

Climb in candy bowl use bar to put hands on to climb over

In between number/color you can use scarves for bunnies and cubs classes. Throw them, catch them, make them small and big, play peek a boo. Make sure the warm up dance party and scarves is what we are all doing. Dont add extra games in.

Color Stations:

Yellow: Run, jump jump and jump off

Blue: Toss the bean bags

Green: use the spoons and eyeballs and walk across the beam

Orange: Handstand pop and jump two feet on mat. Birds can do cartwheels

Red: Front support and flip (spotted)

Purple: Backwards roll off mat
