Falling into Fall! Talk to parents about learning to fall safely to protect head and wrists, safely dismounting beams, balancing on uneven or squishy surfaces, and trampoline safety (stop jumps).
Warm up: kids collect leaves onto parachute, then shake shake shake together.
Obstacle Course:
1. Front support then flip (spotted)
2. Stepping stones
3. Fall onto back in pit, arms by ears, hollow
4. Tuck hold on pedestals
5. Waterfall or forward roll
6. Step or kick over bar
7. Wavy beam
8. Walk on small beam, jump onto squeakers, climb back on beam etc.
9. Run up wedge, jump onto pillow, forward roll
10. Stand on orange balance thingy, holding "pies"/targets on pizza hands
11. Big beam, backwards or other challenges (tip toes, marching, scoops, sideways, etc.)
Stations:
1. Tuck position on rainbow, fall out stay tucked (littles can rock instead)
2. Spiderman handstand to forward roll
3. Tuck hang, if too easy then gargoyle hang
4. Backwards straight jumps holding noodle, safety rock on blue mat
5. Walk/run/jump down beam, jump off and forward roll
6. Spotted forward or backward rolls over barrel (spotted), or push/pull barrel alone
7. Cartwheels, reaching back leg onto squeaker
8. Tuck jumps into stop jumps
