Donkey kicks

Straddle jump into foam pit

Climb ladder then down

Jump two feet on colors

Color Stations:

Yellow: Fly like superman

Blue: Jumps

Green: Sideway walk down beam jump off backwards all the way down

Orange: Jump on colors, 3 donkey kicks to forward roll

Red: Front support NO FLIPPING. The trampoline is being used so no flipping

Purple: Cartwheel and roundoffs
