Warm up:

Game and talk about the caterpillars. Try not to move them around.

Number Stations:

1: Feed the caterpillar: Swing on rings, grab foam with feet, drop in basket

2: Climb up slide down then waterfall

3: Use noodle to do forward roll down wedge

4: Trampoline: pick a card and do that many jumps (coaches choice)

5: Handstand walks around the foam pit

6:Jump on squeaker and toss the food. Do this for each squeaker

Color Stations:

Yellow: Jump over the caterpillar and cartwheel (break down the cartwheel)

Blue: Seat drops

Green: Kick up handstands

Orange: Spiderman handstand hands on bar

Red: Forward roll off blue mat onto yellow ( make sure they are tucking and safety)

Purple: Front support and flip

Bunnies and cubs can do this as one big course and/or stations. Then can use scarves for and activity and play a game at the end or free time

Raccoons and Birds will do them each as stations then a big course. If time left over can play a game.
