Warm Up:

Put kids in teams: One team will build snowmen and one team knocks them over

Use grey block as bottom and blue block as top. This is your snowman. The other team goes around with a pool noodle and knock the snowmen over then the builders run around trying to build them back up. Cubs and bunnies can build snowmen and knock them over with their grown up.

Number COURSE:

Swing on the rings in a straddle trying NOT to knock the snowman over

Jump over the elves with two feet on the beam

Jump over the reindeer antlers sideways

Forward roll into snow pile

Wacky snowman cartwheels

Backwards snowball roll into foam pit off of rainbow mat

While jumping toss the snow balls into Santa's buckets

Color Stations:

Yellow: Crawl or squat walk through the penguins igloo houses

Blue: Seat drop -break it down. Younger classes you can pick the jump to work on

Green: Handstands and build the snowman

Orange: Backwards rolls down wedge. Scissor walk with feet on red and hands on the floor

Red: Front support hip circle flip

Purple: 2 soft landing cartwheels so we don't break through the "ice'

Any station you can break down to make harder and more detailed. You can also modify if too hard. Just make sure they are on the same guidelines so classes are similar.

Extra activity for Bunnies and cubs class: Pass out snowballs and practice catching them, throwing to their grown up, rolling to their grown up , pass behind their back etc...
