Halloween Dress up October 24-29th

Number course and warm up

Warm up:

Review Hollow Position

Play #1 on cd and let the kids dance and skip and move. When you hit pause they show their hollow position

Starting at bar:

Hang from bar walk feet up mat

Cartwheel

Jump over

Jump over Jump backwards

crawl through

Donkey kicks

Roll into foam pit

Forward or Backwards rolls

‍Color Stations:

Yellow: Younger classes run up mat ,jump off, and land on floor with both feet. Olders show their Superman to Hollow Position

Blue:Jump and throw bean bags into cut out of halloween mat

Green:Walks across beam step over or jump over bean bags and drop them into buckets

Orange: Donkey kick punch (see video) and Jump two feet on colors

Red: Bat hang

Purple: Donkey Kicks (pick a card and do that many)

‍Game to play if you need it: color game

Please play this game only . That way we are all playing the same stuff and kids don't say coach Andrea plays games and does this...we want classes to be the same  as we can. Structure the same because it's already different by are different coaching staff😊
