Warm up : Following the colored circles they can skip, jump, bearcrawl, crab walk, forward roll , cartwheel, monkey tail walk etc...

Extra Activity: Bubbles! Use the bubble wand but don't put mouth on it. They can stomp the bubbles. This is mainly for bunnies and cubs classes. If you have time the other classes can do it as well.

1: Pike glide

2: Jump following the arrows

3: Color game match with the Minion (superman pose)

4: Forward and Straddle roll

5: Backwards roll on the Rainbow mat into the foam pit

6: Cartwheel over the minion

Colors:

Yellow: Bunnies/Cubs throw bananas into bowl. Raccoons and Birds: Scissor walk throw bananas in bowl

Blue: Jump staying on target

Green: Handstand to forward roll ( see video)

Orange: Swing minion into basket

Red: Cartwheel work

Purple: Minion Stretch
