Warm up:
Parachute and or octopus : You can shake it fast , shake it slow, up down etc. have fun! Also review body positions
Obstacle Course:
Hang from bar. Then try to to get feet to the bar. Then birds try to do hang in candlestick position.
Waterfall out of circle
Walk on slack line
Monkey tail kick up
Hopscotch hands on bar
Walk up to foam pit and 180 or 360 into foam pits
Backwards roll
Hands on mat jump feet over
Color Stations:
Yellow: Younger walk on beams and two feet jumps over heart. Older scissor walks
Blue: Straddle and tuck jumps
Green: Forward roll on blue mat and handstands on wedge mat
Orange: Straddle rolls
Red: Front support and flip
Purple: Round off to rock and roll
