Color Course:

Starting at the bar:

Front Support/flip or pull over

Walk or run across the beam

Walk across the volcano (beam in foam pit)

Cartwheel jump work over the sideways rainbow mats

Push barrel down then lift it up to show strong arms and bring it back

Roll and Tuck jump over

Crawl under

Crawl up and log roll down

Hands on beam jump feet to superhero words

2: Lift ball up high then place it down. Hands on bar cartwheel jump over

4: Donkey Kicks

5: Hands on blue beam feet on brown beam. Bear crawl sideways across

6: Place bean bag between feet, rock back and drop the bean bag in the cornhole board.

8: Younger kids hang on rings. Older kids jump up and hang from bar
