Warm up:

Using the color spots on the Floor line the kids up to do the warm up over those.

I have Easter eggs with smile faces on them, they have an activity inside them for you to do.

Obstacle course/Stations

This will take up the entire room. You will do the class with everyone and the coaches just move between all the kids and help.

1: Window escape

2: Grab an egg jump down the bunny trail, place egg in other basket.

3:Waterfall

4:Forward roll

Hands down jump over bar

5:Forward roll on mat in foam pit

6:Jump on stepping stones ( Easter eggs) tuck jump onto red pillow

Yellow: Bunny cartwheel hops on beam: feet on target hands on beam and feet jump to squeakers go to cartwheel, no trampoline

Blue: Cartwheel on block

Green: Cartwheel Handstands

Red: Spiderman handstands

Orange: Tuck jumps

Purple: Window escape

Then break these into stations and break them apart according to skill and level.
