We are changing it up a bit!

The numbers will be the obstacle course side and the colors will be the station side.

(The color video cuts off a bit bc my phone died but all the stations are on the video lol)

For warm up talk about the life cycle of the caterpillar show the little figures we have of the stages. They can come up to look at caterpillar just can't touch or move them yet. There is also a bowl with a game in it you roll the dice whatever color it is that's the color card you pick and do what the card says. The yellow card say ribbit like a from but instead you can say ribbit and jump like a frog that way they are still exercising too.

1: View caterpillars and jump in foam pit

2: Hopscotch

3: Jump off trampoline

4: Cartwheel

5: Front support and flip on bar

6: Walk on stepping stones, jump on squeaky mats, caterpillar crawl over cones, jump on colored boards

Color Stations:

Yellow: Walk on beam catch the butterflies

Blue: Seat drops, half turns, jump in circle

Green: Handstands: Spiderman, from lunge , walking

Orange: Run up wall

Red: Gargoyle hangs

Purple: Inch worms
