Hi guys! Welcome to The Hungry Caterpillar Part 1

I will post a quick run through of everything but please watch videos too as it gives details and what to do for each age level :)

Warm up:
Conditioning
Inch warms ,body positions, jumps etc..

Talk about the Caterpillars. You can show them the caterpillars. Be very gentle with them. You can take them out of the net and show them with the cup. Once it they attach to the top of the lid we will not be able to move them for a few days but can look at them. There are little figures of the life cycle of the butterfly. Talk about this and i hung a picture for them to see. At the end of the month everyone will get a little certificate stating they completed learning about the life cycle of a butterfly. There are coloring pages, newsletters, and stickers as well. This is always a fun theme!

1. Forward roll in pit
2. Throw pom poms at caterpillar and birds can practice inch worms too
3. Jumps on trampoline and jump off
4. Walk feet up mat for pull over on bar
5. Caterpillar hang wrap hands and feet on bar
6. Scooter superman down wedge
