Garage - video below this is one of the stations-

IMPORTANT- PARTNER KIDS in similar body size/weight best as possible

Beam- Cartwheel starting on beam- finish ON floor line.
-PTP (Parent Talking point) - straight cartwheels are NOT just for Balance Beam Artistic Gymnastics. Straight tumbling offers less wear on joints and produces more power to use for the flip skills that will someday be happening at end of a tumbling pass.

Wedge/Carpet slice-
Wedge- Your choice. (back rolls, Back bends, Kip ups (video coming soon on that)
Carpet slice- Your choice body shaping exercise.... look for hips turned/ducked/tucked in tight. (hollow holds, Planks, hollow rocks etc.
. You pick number they do before swapping with wedge

The LEAN TWO
-PTP (Parent Talking point) This helps body tightness and develops the kids air awareness senses.

. there is two rope options there.
. Kids squeeze muscles tight then

Challenge one- Lean Two (shown in video below)
. both must:
. > have toes planted into the box
. > start bent arms
. > both straighten evenly
. > both return to stand by pulling in back to bent arms.

Challenge Two- Sideways Lean Two.
. same as Lean Two above but:
. > side of one foot against box
. > hold both hands on rope at outside hip.
. rest same as above.

some alternative ways to do the Lean Two with the beam or some other heavy object as the partner. (presently wont load at moment. working on it)

rope is around leg of the beam

This one is good example/reminder of base foot position against the block so it wont slide out from under them.

She went little to fast into this one..... but she held it...... woo hoo.
