You can either play for elimination (slowest person/ if you do the wrong pose/ action you are out) or just for fun (best for younger kids)

Front of the boat, back of the boat, sides of the boat

Poses:

Peg leg (stand on one leg say argh)

Shark (face down with hand fins on back)

flopping fish (lay on belly and flop)

captains coming (stand at attention you cant move till you say adease)

Parrot polly (flap like a parrot)

etc.

For any theme use any poses you can think of that fit that theme/ be as creative as you want!

Dragons and Unicorns: Escape the Dragon

• Pose ideas: unicorn, baby dragon, knight, dragons coming/he's gone (adease), royal dance etc

Pirates and Princesses: Royal Chase

• Pose Ideas: knight, royal dance, sleeping royalty, slay the dragon, the queen is coming/adease

Carnival: Escape the clown

• Pose ideas: elephant, clown, acrobat, unicycle, popcorn, clown is coming/ adease

Animal: Escape the zookeeper

• Pose ideas: snake, butterfly, lion, flamingo, mouse, cat, kangaroo zookeeper is coming/adease

Luau: Escape the Volcano

• Pose Ideas Hula, surfer, limbo, fishing, sailor, Volcano is erupting/ its cooled

Then the kids start counting up to the number the second star catcher said, and once they are tagged they go back to the original spot. The last 2 stars become the star catchers and the game starts over.
