Cheer Jumps and Motions

Are you a Cheerlearder?

For ages 6 & older. Cheer Jumps & Motions is designed for the cheerleader who is familiar with the basic jumps and motions used in school cheer leading but wishes to perfect them. We also incorporate flexibility and strength and conditioning exercises which should be used at home.

We Approach Challenges by being brave, trying new skills, and not giving up when things get hard. Our coaches help students stay positive and remind them that mistakes are just part of learning.

We Build Confidence as we practice, improve, and start to believe in what we can do. With our coaches cheering us on, we feel proud of every step forward and excited to keep growing.

We Celebrate Success by recognizing our progress, whether it’s a tiny win or a big achievement. At OSA, we cheer for each other, have fun reaching our goals, and enjoy every moment of the journey!
