What to Bring to Camp:
Labeled sack lunch (if your camper does not prefer the lunch options provided)
Labeled Water bottle
Special items - ex. Nerf guns or other items (we will email this out ahead of time) Don't worry if you do not have these items, we will have some ready to loan out!
Please Note: We are not a peanut or allergen free camp.


Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or transfer your camp week, you may do so anytime prior to your camp week billing date (the Mon, 1 week before your registered camp week).
Here are the details you should know: 
 -  If you cancel prior to the Monday 1 week before your registered camp week, you only forfeit the deposit.
 - You may transfer your camp week prior to the Mon 1 week before your registered camp week at no cost as long as space exists in alternate week & not guaranteed
  - Once your registered week of Summer camp is paid, no refunds or credits are permitted due to last minute cancellation. This includes illness.
 - We will not offer makeups for any missed camp days

Come Fly Away at Aerial Arts Circus Camp!

For any level student 8yrs+ wanting to learn all around circus arts!
Flyers will learn:
- Aerial skills on silks, trapeze, multiple apparatuses,
- Circus prop work,
- Different performance styles,
- Circus arts/flow arts
- Poi, ribbons, rhythmic hoop,
- Movement and animal acting!

There will also be fun games using the silks and props along with costuming too! Through the week, students will be working toward an end of the week performance to share on Friday at 1:30pm.

These are specialty camp weeks with very limited space! 
Full Aerial Art Circus Camp payment is due upon sign up
There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation.

How do I sign my child up for a camp?

Select the blue "Show Camp Schedule" button above to view our full day camp week options. Click "Register" to the left of your desired camp weeks and complete the sign up form that appears! 

Can I switch a camp enrollment?

Camp enrollments may be transferred to any other available camp week up until the Monday, 1 week prior to your registered camp. After the Monday prior to your registered week, any changes or camp week tranfers will incur a $30 change fee or may be unavailable. *Does not apply to Specialty Aerial Arts Camps.

What if my child is sick on a camp day?

We are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed summer camp days/weeks for missed camps. For full week camp enrollments, we do offer transferring to a later camp week (as long as space exists) for a $30 change fee. *This does not apply to Specialty Camps

Can I cancel my camp enrollment?

Any cancellation made prior to the Monday, 1 wk before your camp wk, will only forfeit your camp deposit. Camp deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made after the Monday of the week prior to your camp week, forfeits all camp fees and deposits. We do not credit or refund camp payments for any reason including illness. We do allow transfers to any other available camp week for a $30 change fee, however as long as space exists.

Do you offer 1 Day camps or Partial Weeks?

Yes! You may enroll in single day camp days during most weeks. Payment is due upon sign u and is non-refundable due to cancellation. Transfers to another camp day is available anytime before the Monday 1 week prior. This is contingent on space and staffing.
*This does not apply to Specialty Camps

Are there any discounts for daily camp enrollements?

There are no discounts for daily summer camp enrollments.

Are there any discounts for week long enrollments?

Yes! We’re excited to offer a fantastic Early Bird Deal for families who enroll early in our week-long camps. This limited-time special gives you the best savings of the season while securing your child’s spot in a full week of nonstop fun, activities, and themed adventures at Ohio Sports Academy!

How early can I drop off my camper?

Great question! Regular camp kicks off at 8:00 AM, but we’ll have our doors open and ready to welcome your camper starting at 7:50 AM—just in time to make your morning a little smoother. *This does not apply to Specialty Camps

What if my child has food allergies?

We do our best to accommodate food allergies but we we do not have the ability to fully separate children during lunch times. Please pack your own epinephrine auto-injector such as an EpiPen. Note: We are not a peanut or allergen free camp.

What does sign in and sign out look like?

Check out this video showing you what this looks like. We believe you will be pleasantly surprised with how clean and organized this will be!

What is OSA’s definition of potty trained?

A child is potty trained when they are able to go to the bathroom unaccompanied, clean themselves, flush, and wash their hands with out help.

Does my child already have to be a member at the gym?

No! All are welcome! For summer camp enrollments there is no registration fee. If you were to enroll in classes we offer a life time membership fee per family.

Do you provide snacks for the campers?

Yes! New this summer, we are partnering with W.G. Grinders, a professional cafeteria and catering company, to provide lunch and snacks EACH DAY for all campers. Meals are prepared in their facilities, delivered fresh daily, and served on a rotating menu that changes every two weeks.

If your child does not prefer the menu options, families are more than welcome to send a packed lunch instead. Please note that glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons. We also provide a vending machine on site should you choose to send your child with a few dollars.

Will you remind me about my child's camp?

Yup, we sure will. You will get an email about 24 hours before the day of the camp with some reminders and any changes due to the weather.

Can I use child care state vouchers for summer camps?

Since our facility is not a child care facility that teaches school concepts we are not a approved by the state of Ohio to take these vouchers.

I work during the day, can I drop my kids off early and pick them up late?

Our doors open at 7:50am for all camp attendees. Summer Camp ends at 3:00pm and Camp Plus ends at 5:30pm for ages 4–12. Spots are limited, so be sure to register through the 'Show Camp Plus Schedule' button!
*This does not apply to Specialty Camps. There is no before or after care available for Specialty Camps.

What happens if I pick up my child late from camp?

In order to move our staff to other tasks after camp is completed we bill $1 per minute for extra time. We have retain the right and ability to bill your credit card or AHC information on file.
