This class is designed for children aged 4 and up with moderate challenges including, developmental delay, attention deficit, Autism, Sensory issues, coordination problems, fear of movement and more. We will combine sensory, gross motor and gymnastics activities which will improve strength, flexibility, balance, direction following, and confidence in the student as well as in social settings. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for children with special needs to participate in a movement program as a recreational activity in addition to other therapies. A parent or other adult may be asked to participate with the child based on need for the 7 and up class. A parent is required to be in class with the child. Beginning in June of 2017, OSA is pleased to offer these classes FREE to those with special needs. (membership fee must be current) Register here by scrolling down to Other Classes.
