We are hosting this year's spring showcase OUTSIDE at North Park in Springboro. The park has a beautiful amphitheater that we get to use and there is PLENTY of seating and there is no bad view!
When and where is this super awesome cool Aerial Arts Showcase? Date & Time: Saturday May 15th 4:30pm Where: North Park in Springboro - 5 Minute drive from the gym - 195 Tamarack Trail Springboro Ohio 45066 Backup Dates: If May 15th is cancelled every attempt will be made to use the backup date of Sunday May 16th. Make sure you are available on Sunday incase this happens. Incase of inclement weather we will bring the event indoors but have to limit spectators due to COVID restrictions.
Depending on the amount of students who register we may break up the Aerial Arts showcase in to 2 sessions of 1.5 hours. Either way the event will start at 4:30pm or for the second session 6:00pm.
The fee is $65 per participant. This fee will cover your artist’s registration fee, performance clinic, all entry fees to the event. There will not be concessions during the event so please bring water and snacks if needed.
Spectators will not be required to wear masks as long as they are not near anyone else other than their own family members. Since we can not clean the silks and hammocks properly in-between performers there are a limited amount of spots per apparatus. See links below to know how many spots are available. **There will be no refund or credit due to date changes.

Your routine should be no more than 3 minutes and 30 seconds long.
Can I dress in a costume for my routine?
Of course you can! While this is not required it is encouraged. Make sure to talk to your Aerial Arts instructor before hand if you have any questions to make sure your outfit meets the dress code standards of Ohio Sports Academy
