Our mission is to build a strong gymnastics foundation from the roots up all while having fun, learning and growing, and instilling a work ethic to create healthy bodies and minds for a lifetime! Your child will learn, have fun, and grow while working hard on our gymnastic stations and obstacle course.
This 40 Minute class is a grown-up bear and baby bear style class. Our energetic staff will guide and coach your child through various Gymnastic stations and a fun obstacle course with the assistance and help of the Grown-up. Students will be introduced to basic gymnastic skills while working on strength, balance, and coordination.
Looking for fun obstacle courses in Dayton? The Raccoons are using their smart problem-solving skills to work more independently in this 40-minute class. They will learn basic gymnastics skills all while having fun and learning to follow directions. You will see your child working on getting forward and backward rolls, handstands, and much more while moving through our stations and fun obstacle courses!
Your little bird will have a blast working hard at our stations and fun obstacle course. This 40-minute class will be so fun time will fly by. You can expect to see students start to kick up to handstands independently and refining their skills without a spot. This class will prepare your child to transition into the big gym once they are in Kindergarten.
This 55 minute class is held in our Big Gyms and is a transitional class from our preschool program. The Owl class is limited to students only in kindergarten or younger. The class size is also smaller to allow more one-on-one time. This class is a mixture of an stations, obstacle courses, gymnastic motor skills, and body shapes in Dayton, OH. Students will master the basic skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends and tick-tocks. Your little owl will graduate this class and move to our tumbling program when the graduate kindergarten.
Lil Ninja is designed for boys and girls in Dayton Kindergarten. Students will learn progressions and terminology for skills used in Ninja training including rolling, vaulting, basic large gross motor skills, jumping, falling, swinging, climbing, etc. The goal is to develop body coordination, awareness, and listening skills required for Ninja Training Level White. A uniform package must be purchased upon enrollment for $30 which includes a shirt and head/arm band. You can pick a time and sign up via the schedule below:
